I’m an author, screenwriter, explorer, and constant wanderer, always on the run. For my fellow bookworms, just another overthinker who turns all my emotions, mistakes, fears, dreams, and imagination into storytelling.
I let my creativity come through many different mediums and genres, and in the past, I’ve written screenplays, books, theatre plays, poetry, and short stories. Fluent in English, Croatian, and Spanish, I enjoy writing across languages and cultures, weaving multicultural perspectives and personal experiences into my stories. My screenplay ‘The Two of Us’ was recently selected as one of the top eight screenplays at the Manchester Film Festival.

I would describe my writing style as introspective, emotional, reflective, and character-driven, couched in a layer of abstraction and metaphor for readers’ interpretation. In my writing, I often explore themes such as vulnerability, identity, complicated human connections, and moral dilemmas. I enjoy exploring complex ideas, situations, and opinions while creating a whimsical world in which everyone can ( turn out to ) be just about anything.
